Reclaimed Collection
Oak with a past — often two centuries of it. Timber rescued from old buildings and given another life underfoot, every board carrying the marks, tone and texture of its first century. Warm, characterful, and quietly impossible to imitate with anything new.
Subject to availability. Reclaimed timber is sourced in finite batches. Stock levels, dimensions and lead times are confirmed at enquiry stage. A site visit and batch assessment are part of the process for all reclaimed products.

Every board in the Reclaimed Collection had a life before this one. The timber is salvaged, re-milled and hand-graded, keeping the patina, old fixing marks and tone variation that make reclaimed oak flooring impossible to imitate.
New floors are made; these are found.
Three ways to lay history The collection runs as long planks — the quietest way to use old timber — and as herringbone and basket weave, where age and geometry work together.
Because reclaimed boards vary, we grade and dry-lay before fitting, so the spread of tone across the floor is composed rather than accidental.
What to expect, honestly Reclaimed floors are characterful by definition: expect filled nail holes, colour movement and surfaces that feel lived-in from day one.

Every product in this collection is sourced from verified reclaimed material — Victorian pine, Edwardian oak, interwar parquet — from properties and structures across London and the South East. We know the source of each batch before we take it.
The age markings — knots, splits, nail holes, colour variation between boards — are not applied. They are the record of the material's original life. We do not fill nail holes because doing so would deny what the material is. We do not artificially distress new timber and call it reclaimed.
Each batch is finite. When the stock is allocated, it is gone. The next batch from the same source — if there is one — will be similar but not identical. This is the nature of reclaimed material, and it is what makes it worth using.
