The classics, done properly. Honest oak in the tones and widths that never date, laid to feel as though they have always belonged. Built to last, they suit period and modern homes alike.
Nothing here chases a trend and nothing needs replacing — just a dependable, beautiful floor built to outlast the rooms around it.
The Timeless Line is the collection we point to when someone asks for "just a really good oak floor".
Classic grade European oak, honest tones, proven finishes — the floors here are chosen for how ordinary they are willing to be, which is exactly what most rooms need.
Why classic grade earns its keep Classic grading sits in the sweet spot: enough knots and grain movement to read as real timber, none of the drama of rustic boards.
It suits period homes and new-builds equally, takes furniture changes and repaints in its stride, and dates more slowly than any fashion-led tone.
Where to start If you are between this and the Signature Collection, sample across both — the overlap is deliberate. Free samples go out first class, and every floor here is stocked for fitting across London and the South East.
The Timeless Line is not a design statement. It is a considered selection of European oak floors in the proportions, grades and finishes that have worked in British homes — period and contemporary — for decades. 190mm wide, 14mm total thickness, 3mm oak wear layer.
Where the Signature Collection spans the full range of character and colour, the Timeless Line focuses on the middle ground — floors that are clearly oak, clearly quality, and clearly at home in any well-designed interior without competing with it.
