01

Who we supply

One supplier for the whole floor, from first sample to pallet on site.

Builders & contractors

Volume orders to site

Engineered oak in the thickness, width and grade your specification calls for, delivered by pallet with the quantities and wastage worked out for you.

Designers & architects

Specified to the drawing

Samples for client sign-off, specification sheets for every board, bespoke colours and patterns, and matching stair nosings so the timber runs unbroken.

Developers & fitters

Consistent stock, phase after phase

Plank, herringbone and chevron from the same collections, so later phases and repeat orders match the first.

02

What we can supply

Prefinished, unfinished, and matched to the rest of the project.

The range

  • Prefinished engineered oak across seven collections — plank, herringbone and chevron
  • Unfinished engineered oak for sanding and finishing on site
  • 20mm engineered oak where the screed has already set the floor height
  • Widths from 150mm to 300mm, and long lengths up to three metres on selected boards
  • Classic, select, prime and antique grades in European oak, plus American oak in prime grade
  • Matching stair nosings and treads — see stairs and joinery
  • Colour matching to an existing floor, with samples made up for approval before anything is ordered
03

How a trade order works

Clear steps, and everything confirmed in writing.

From enquiry to delivery

  • Send the drawings or a floor schedule — by email or WhatsApp, with the areas, the subfloor and any underfloor heating
  • We work out the quantities — including the right wastage for plank or pattern
  • Samples and specification sheets — posted to you or your client for sign-off
  • Written trade quote — fully itemised, with the lead time and delivery terms stated
  • Pallet delivery to site — tell us the postcode and site access and we plan the delivery around it
04

Recent supply

Real projects, supplied direct to site.

In 2026 we supplied 420m² of 20mm engineered oak, with matching stair nosings, to a new-build project in North Cornwall — delivered by pallet to site on the date agreed. See more in our projects.

Wood Flooring Supplier,
Answered

The questions we are asked most often.

Ask Us Anything →
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Builders, contractors, developers, interior designers and fitters receive trade pricing on a written quote. Tell us about the project and the quantities and we will come back to you.
Can you supply only, without fitting?
Yes. Supply only is the flooring delivered to your site by pallet, with the quantities worked out and technical sheets for your fitter.
Do you provide specification sheets?
Yes. Every floor has a specification sheet covering construction, dimensions, finish and underfloor heating suitability, ready for your client or your file.
Can you match an existing floor?
Often, yes. Send us a photo and, ideally, an offcut. We make up matched samples for approval before anything is ordered.
How long do trade orders take?
Stocked engineered oak is usually ready within two to three weeks of order confirmation. Long lengths, bespoke colours and design floors take longer; the lead time is confirmed on your quote.
