Every product in our collection has a free sample available. Order from the product page and we post it first-class to any UK address. Assess it in the natural light of your room before committing. We recommend two or three samples side by side — tone reads differently room to room.

Call or email us with your product choice and the square metrage you need. We calculate the order quantity with a standard 10% wastage allowance and provide a written quote with delivery included. For herringbone and chevron, we calculate at 15% wastage to account for perimeter cuts. Work it out yourself with our flooring calculator.

Confirm & Deliver

Once your order is confirmed, it is delivered on a pallet service to your address — your lead time is confirmed in writing on the quote, from a few working days for stock lines to several weeks for made-to-order floors. Pre-delivery notification is provided so someone can be present to accept the pallet.

How do I order free samples from LIGNORA?
