Trellis Oak is an engineered oak parquet laid as a woven trellis: long oak bands crossing over and under one another, with small four-piece squares set into each opening. It is the most classical of the set, close in spirit to a French château floor, and sits as happily in a Georgian reception room as in a pared-back modern one.
The specification Trellis Oak is a 15mm engineered floor with a 4mm oak wear layer, supplied as pre-cut pieces in a brushed, anti-scratch invisible oiled finish. It arrives in stock shortly; order a sample now to see it first. Engineered construction keeps the real oak surface on a stable core, which lets a pattern this precise run across large rooms and over underfloor heating without the movement of solid parquet.
Pattern is a fitting discipline Geometric floors are decided at setting-out: where the pattern starts, how it meets the walls and where it breaks at thresholds. Our own team plans and lays every one. See more on our parquet flooring page, and compare it with Prism Walnut and Hive Oak from the same collection.
Before anything is ordered, see it at home. A free sample of Trellis Oak is the reliable test.
