Walnut Engineered Wood Flooring

Walnut is an engineered European oak floor, supplied at 20mm × 190mm × 1860mm in classic grade. In tone it reads as a rich, warm brown oak with plenty of depth. The walnut UV oiled finish sets its character underfoot. Suitable for underfloor heating, it is laid board by board by our own installation team across London and the South East.

The 190mm plank format is the quiet decision here — it opens smaller rooms and settles larger ones. Classic grade sits in the middle of the tree's character — some knots and movement, but measured, so the floor feels natural without shouting.

The finish, and living with it A floor is its finish as much as its tone: here the walnut UV oiled treatment sets how Walnut handles daily life. An oiled surface feeds the timber rather than coating it, so the grain stays open to the touch; maintenance is an occasional re-oil in the areas that work hardest.

Engineered construction keeps the boards stable through central heating and seasonal swings, and the wear layer is thick enough to be re-finished when, years from now, it has earned it.
