Usually one of three ways: a request for free samples, a photo of a room with “what would work here?”, or a plan and a postcode. All three are welcome, and every one gets a reply from a person within 24 hours.
Yes — it is often the quickest start. Send us a photo on WhatsApp with a rough size of the space and we will come back with a few floors worth sampling.
If the project suits it, we arrange a home consultation: we bring full boards rather than swatch cards, measure properly, look at the subfloor and leave you with a written, itemised quotation that will not move unless the scope does.
Our own team fits floors across London and the South East — from wood flooring in London out through Hertfordshire, Surrey, Kent and Essex. We also supply our floors throughout the UK.

Every floor has a downloadable spec sheet on its product page, and we can send the full specification set — including our engineered wood flooring construction details and finish schedules — for any project.
Often, yes. Original boards and parquet can usually be sanded, repaired and refinished for a fraction of the cost of a new floor — see sanding and restoration.
