Most conversations start one of three ways: a request for free samples, a photo of a room with "what would work here?", or a plan and a postcode. All three are welcome, and all three get a reply from a person — usually within one working day.

What happens next

If the project suits it, we arrange a free home visit: we bring full boards rather than swatch cards, measure properly, look at the subfloor and leave you with a fitted quotation that will not move unless the scope does. Visits run across London and the South East — from wood flooring in London itself out through Hertfordshire, Surrey, Kent and Essex.
