American Oak Natural Engineered Wood Flooring

American Oak Natural is an engineered European oak floor, supplied at 14mm × 190mm × 1900mm in prime grade, for a tighter, more uniform look. In tone it reads as an honest, natural oak tone that suits almost any interior. The smooth, uv lacquered finish is hard-wearing and low-maintenance, well suited to busy homes. Suitable for underfloor heating, it is laid plank by plank by our own installation team across London and the South East.

On paper American Oak Natural is a specification. In a room, it sets the temperature of everything around it. What you feel is oak; what keeps it behaving through the seasons is the engineered board beneath. This is prime grade oak — long, clean, almost seamless boards for rooms that want calm. As 190mm wide planks, it gives fewer joints and longer sight-lines than narrow boards.

Finish & everyday care On American Oak Natural the natural-finished surface is the part you will be grateful for in year five — it decides how the floor wears, cleans and mellows. Day to day, an oiled floor wants very little: dry dust, a wood-soap mop when needed.

What it gives back is repairability — a single tired board or traffic lane can be re-oiled on its own, invisibly. It runs happily over underfloor heating — see the specification above — and stays flat through the heating season.
