American Oak Tulip Blossom Engineered Wood Flooring

American Oak Tulip Blossom is an engineered European oak floor, supplied at 14mm × 190mm × 1900mm in prime grade, for a tighter, more uniform look. In tone it reads as a characterful oak tone with natural movement and grain variation.

The brushed, oiled finish is easy to live with and can be refreshed or spot-repaired in place rather than fully re-sanded. Suitable for underfloor heating, it is laid plank by plank by our own installation team across London and the South East.

There is a reason American Oak Tulip Blossom keeps appearing on shortlists: it flatters the room without asking to be noticed. The wear layer is real oak; beneath it, the engineered core keeps every board flat and true. This is an even-handed grade, natural without being noisy. In 190mm wide planks, the floor reads generous even in narrow plots — half the design work done at specification.

Surface, upkeep, honesty Tone gets the attention; the natural-finished finish does the work, deciding how American Oak Tulip Blossom cleans, scuffs and softens over the years. Oil sits in the timber rather than on it, which makes upkeep local: a scuffed patch takes a rub of maintenance oil, not a whole-room re-sand.

Clean with a wood-floor soap and re-oil high-traffic zones when they start to look thirsty. Warm-water underfloor systems suit it well — the spec panel above carries the rating — and seasonal movement stays where it belongs: invisible.
