Elwood Heritage Engineered Wood Flooring

Elwood Heritage is an engineered European oak floor, supplied at 14mm × 190mm × 1900mm in classic grade. In tone it reads as a rich, warm brown oak with plenty of depth. The smoked, brushed & UV lacquered finish sets its character underfoot. Suitable for underfloor heating, it is laid board by board by our own installation team across London and the South East.

At 190mm wide, the boards show the timber in generous, unhurried lengths. Classic grade sits in the middle of the tree's character — some knots and movement, but measured, so the floor feels natural without shouting.

The finish, and living with it A floor is its finish as much as its tone: here the smoked, brushed & UV lacquered treatment sets how Elwood Heritage handles daily life. A lacquered surface seals the timber, so day-to-day care is simply a vacuum and a damp — never wet — mop with a pH-neutral wood cleaner.

It stands up well to real family life; deeper wear in later years is dealt with by re-finishing rather than patching. Underfloor heating is no obstacle — the boards are rated for it and hold their shape as the seasons turn.
